Current Groups

This group will focus specifically on issues that impact women's mental health and overall wellness. This group will be a safe space to explore topics not limited to anxiety, depression, relationships, shame, and boundaries. Group members will identify and increase understanding of the impact of unresolved intergenerational trauma/conflicts that continue to impact daily interactions and mental state. 

Rate: $75 dollars with insurance reimbursement possibilities.
