Current Groups

This group will focus specifically on issues that impact women's mental health and overall wellness. This group will be a safe space to explore topics not limited to anxiety, depression, relationships, shame, and boundaries. Group members will have the opportunity to learn from each other experiences and support one another. Group members will identify and increase understanding of the impact of unresolved intergenerational trauma/conflicts that continue to impact daily interactions and mental state. 

Rate: $80 dollars with insurance reimbursement possibilities and sliding scale
